Insert pop-up in email marketing

I inserted HTML code in email marketing to add a pop-up but the pop-up does not work I do not understand why  ??   here are the images :

but when I inserted in another place of hubspot it works well here are the images :

Now I would like to know if the problem is in  marketing email  , and if I can't insert pop-ups in marketing emails ?

Hi there, @sseddar. You are not missing an option. Pop-up forms are available for use “with any blog post, landing page, or website page hosted on HubSpot” — source.
