We are trying to implement webhooks in our platform and met few issues on HubSpot. Our workflow trigger was set on last modified date is less than 1 day from now.
The first issue is when we try to get all properties for the deal (such as deal name, pipeline, close date,create date), we get the same properties every time (eg response1.json attachment), there is not much data. - used workflows
The second - When we change some of property (built-in or custom), we expect the workflow trigger to send us a request via webhook with all the properties.
The third one - We are limited with number of properties if we are using Webhook API, only (dealname, amount, dealstage, pipeline, created_date, close_date, deal_type, description, close_lost_reason, closed_won_reason, deal_currency_code, hs_analytics_source) are included but there so many existing (pitch_booked, hs_lastmodifieddate,.. ) and custom properties (sql, utm_campaign, …).
We need to implement create, update, and delete operations in our system using webhooks. Thank you in advance.
