Image alignment blocks access

i am trying to put a url on this image, and this darn alignment box is https://cdn2.hubspot.net/hubfs/2382624/2018-07-23_10-43-16.jpg blocking access to insert link, help!

Q: This darn alignment box is blocking access to insert a link in the image shown. How do I fix it??

Short A: Temporarily reduce your browser view setting to 70%-80% while editing that element. (control + "-" on a PC | COMMAND + OPTION + "-" on a Mac)
