Identify companies by their corporate IP address?

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to identify site visitors from large companies by their IP address and then use this for personalization purposes.

For example, if someone visits, and according to public registries their IP address belongs to, say, Nike, I could show them a home page that says, "Hi, person from Nike!" 

I know this is technically possible as I've encountered sites that do it. But is it somehow possible with HubSpot?
