Hi there! Im reaching out because I have encountered an issue where I haven't received any emails after submitting a non-HubSpot form. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance that you can provide regarding this matter.

I wanted to share this knowledge base article on how to set up email notifications for non-HubSpot forms.

You'll need to activate the "Collect Data from Non-HubSpot Forms" in your form settings and add your email address as a notification recipient. 

 

If you already have the "Collect Data from Non-HubSpot Forms" setting activated in your account, your email client may be marking the notifications as spam or filtering the notifications. I would recommend going through the troubleshooting steps in this article: Not receiving HubSpot system or notification emails.  

 

Can you try out the suggested steps and let us know if this makes a difference?
