Hubspot form slowly running (Wix)

I'm not familiar with loaded scripts and I have been receiving some delays when trying to use a registration form on my wix website. A hubspot rep suggested i post here. Can someone take a look at my running scripts and help with suggestions? FYI, I am not tech savvy and will need specific instructions/recommendations. The form is loading very slowly (after clicking submit): www.K12clothing.com/register

Ouch, I see what you mean, that's paingfully slow.

According to GT Metrix there's lots of room for improvement:

Unfortunately most of the recommendation at GT Metric require more than a little it of geekery.

Have you considered switching to the HubSpot COS or WordPress?
