I have developed and email template but is not showing correctly in Outlook. the font family and some styles are not loading correctly on Outlook, Can anyone have a solution for this to load the email on Outlook correclty.
Emails rely on clients, not browsers, to render. This works the same ways as with web pages and browsers as far as css support goes but email clients are like browsers from the 90s, there are far more of them so there are far more cross compatibility issues.
gmail app for android doesn't allow media queries, outlook is funny with images and has no custom font support, etc.
bottom line, unless you are using plain text emails then consider anything above 80% a win. If you or your client only cares about outlook then look up the support for outlook and design and build your email template for outlook.
