I am writing to ask a question about the hubspot date which appears to be incorrect. Please refer to the attached photos below. I entered the Hubspot form with the date 16/3/2023, not 26/7/2022. Why is the date incorrect? If the date is incorrecd, the contact database information would not be at the top and I would miss some important information.

Is this happening in a portal with a paid subscription? If so, I recommend filing a support ticket and including all your details along with a link to the form results and the contact record. HubSpot support has the needed permissions to access your account and take a look.
