Hubspot Dev tools can't load files on the left panel

My client Dev tools can not load the left panel. I can't upload files from the local development environmet to the design manager nor view the files on the letf panel.

 

However, the search bar is working correctly.

 

whenever I try to update or upload files, I get [ERROR] upload failed.

 

I'm pretty new to hubspot generally but I will appreciate any help.

Hello @Kehinde
First off try to clear the cookies and any data stored from hubspot.com in the browser, that should do it for the browser part.
For the CLI I would suggest you make sure that you have the latest version link for upgrading here.
Other than that, a screenshot of the CLI window would be helpful, as it usually shows the file(s) that failed so I could help a bit more.

Thank you for answering to my request.

 

The solution couldn't fix the problem.

 

I tried to debug using chrome devtools

 

The network tab respose of 409 was return for the loading panel.

 

CONCLUSION FROM ABOVE

The problem is not with my browser, laptop or local development tool.

 

I tried to login from another account and even asked my client to log me out and relog me in, but it's still thesame.

 

I think this is internal error from the hubspot system

 

PLEASE HELP ME !!!

Hey @Kehinde , have you tried logging in from other devices/browsers? If yes and the problem is still there then I still strongly suggest that you do the steps described in this link (this will log you out of every site, be careful if you don't save pass...


If it still doesn't work, you will probablly have to contact hubspot representatives that are assigned to your account as they will probably give you more information regarding the issue.

I did clear all of my cache!

 

I even install latest hs cli (though, I installed the previous one yesterday)

 

The problem is still thesame.

Did you try deleting other site data from the "Advanced" section like in the screenshot below?

Yes I did delete every single cache on my machine

I think it's the hubspot admin that are preventing all these. But I don't know how to contact them

Please upload your all src and relogin again and make sure you have design tool access:

npx hs upload project_name/src project_name
