HubL Help: {{ content.from_email }}?

I'm trying to create an email template with a signature that reads automatically populates the name, email, and mailto: with the information of the person who the email is sent from (not the author of the email, me). 

There's {{ content.from_name }} to get the name, but {{ content.from_email }} doesn't seem to work.

Is there a way to do this that I am unaware of?
