How to make an Embed Form full width on mobile

I've created a contact form on Hubspot and when I embed it on a Hubspot page and view it in mobile it is full width as expected and can be seen below

However when I embed that form on my own page, which has nothing but the standard opening and closing HTML tags and the script I get from Hubspot it looks like this

You can see on the right-hand side of the image there is all that empty space. I need it to fit properly in the view and then I can start styling etc but I can't find out how to do that?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @GavinMannion you will need to style the template for this page, are you the original developer/designer?

Yes I'm the original developer.

The page I"m embedding on has nothing else on it at all, so I'm wondering how to edit the form to fit into my page?
