How to make a video background of the home desktop, in mobile change to be a fixed image

Hi Everyone 

I am working in the re-design of my web page, in my home I have a video background and this we can see it in the desktop but in movil not, I would like to keep de video in th desktop but in movil I would like to add a still image instead of video.

How can I do that change?
