How to create a resources page that has a filterable content list

We have a resources page on our client's website that needs to have a list of content that is filterable based on the type of content (article, white paper, newsletter, etc.) and theme (safety, transportation, project controls, etc.)

Is there a way to set it up so that you can search through a list of content based on these properties, much like one would search through contact lists in Hubspot based on property filters?

If you have access to Website Pages, HubDB is gonna be your best bet. Here is a tutorial for building a filterable real estate listing. You can use the same concepts for a resources page.
