How to create a dnd_are inside blog template

I want to create a dnd_are inside a blog post template.

How can I do this?

This does not appear to be the case any longer.  There is a hubspot marketplace theme, Focus, where the blog-post.html template allows for drag and drop.  I cannot figure out how they're doing it, though.  Maybe it's a feature they're about to release?
