How to add an anchor to a Hubspot page link

SOLVE

Hi there.

I have a few text links on one page, and I need them to direct the user to another hubspot page. This is easy to do - select "hubspot page or hubspot blog page" from the dropdown and then search for the page you want.

What I would ALSO like to happen, is the page to scroll to a certain anchor point on that page. Like href="website.com/page#anchor" would do.

How can I do this in Hubspot?

Hi @MattOnce

if you're using CTAs or custom modules: select "external link" (yeah seems odd, but this is the way to go)

If this is a (simple) menu you can select "URL with URL parameter"

best,

Anton

How to add an anchor to a Hubspot page link

SOLVE

Hi Anton,

So, these would mostly be text links or CTAs, and I was hoping to make use of the dynamic page selection that Hubspot offers (to avoid broken links if domain/page names change), but using a static url with the anchor would at least get the functionality I'm looking for. Thanks for the feedback!
