How to Pull H2-H4 tags in Contents Section of Blog Template

Hello,

On this page (https://www.riemerlawfirm.com/wiki/can-i-receive-long-term-disability-benefits-for-ocd) the "Contents" section only pulls H1 tags. How do I edit the template so that it pulls H2-H4 tags?

If I have not misunderstood, to modify the H1, you must modify them directly in the post, in the Rich Text you can choose what h1 you want for each title
