How long before a custom workflow action timeout for a connected app call?

We have experienced this error within a workflow using a custom workflow action:

'Action failed because the connected app took too long to respond, but will retry soon'.

 We cannot see how long a connected app has to respond in the documentation. Does anyone know:

  • What is the exact duration before a custom workflow action timeout will occur for a connected app call?
  • How long does a Hubspot workflow wait before trying again? How many times does it re-try and what are the waits between those attempts?
