How can I embed a video header instead of a photo?

Is there a simple way to embed a video as my header instead of a photo like on this site? https://www.thesaleslion.com/bad-fit-tsl-clients/

I don't want it to be quite that deep but similar.

Hey there,

It's going to be impossible to tell without taking a look at your template. Most templates will require some customization to go from a photo to a video. If you're using a custom module for the header then it could just be an option to add some options to the header module.
