Hotjar tracking code not being registered

I work for an agency that manages multiple clients through Hubspot. As part of our services we put Hotjar tracking code in the site header for our clients so we can monitor user behavior and make adjustments accordingly. I've placed this code in the site header for several clients and it's always registered, but for one client it is not. Has anyone run into this kind of problem. Any suggestions?

Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you reached out to HubSpot technical support regarding the code?

 

Could there be any code inteferring with the tracking code that is unique to their site? 

 

Once I have that information I can connect you with the proper Community members to assist!
