Help with padding in flexible columns

I would like to reduce the amount of space between each of the sections in a flexible column. Is there anyone who can help me figure out how to do this?

I can't find any flexible column used in this page. Do you simply need to reduce spacing between each of the sections?

You can change padding value for that particular row which have a custom class eg. 

.af-product-values {padding: 45px 0 30px;}

You can reduce this value. (top, right, bottom, left)
