“Help Needed: Enhanced Conversions Issue — No User-Provided Data Matches Despite Proper Setup”

rmoore

Having an issue with enhanced conversions on Google ads and HubSpot - the event is that a contact becomes a marketing qualified lead, and although we are recording conversions and the imported data is excellent, there are “no user-provided data matches”.

Enhanced conversions diagnostics says this:

“Your Google tag is implemented correctly on your website form, but there have been no matches with your imported user-provided data. Please check that your imported user data is standardized, hashed properly and is consistent with the user data captured by your website forms.”

Anyone with experience in this and confident they could fix it for us? If so, please message me or let me know. Thanks!

Hey, @rmoore 👋 do they ever give you the easy problems to solve 😉 we'll leave this open in case another community member has more direct feedback for you, but I did a quick bit of research for us and found these articles:

My guess this is related to data formatting and validation. I'd check your data formatting and the HubSpot conversion event setup to ensure you are sending the correct, standardized properties to Google Ads.
