Hamburger Menu drops down but immediately hides when clicked

The hamburger menu on just one page drops down and opens but then immediately hides again. It does not do this on any other pages - it does this on just ONE page. Here is the page on the live site where the issue occurs: https://www.enercept.com/request-a-free-project-estimate

The code in the Global Content Editor is the same across all the pages. Why would this issue happen on just ONE page??

The issue stemmed from a template problem where a misplaced module caused the menu to not function propertly.

Seems it's fixed ? can you please update here any screenmailer or screen recording if still issue is not solved?
It's working fine on my end I tested on mobile as well as desktop.
