I've been having this problem for a short time now. I use the HubspotAutoUploadPlugin and I can't upload a file there either. I noticed that this fails when the file is very large. (In this case it was jquery). But I don't see any other error message or explanation.

I started receiving this error today too.  No changes anything on my end that would have caused this and it's in a project I am constantly working on and udpating without issues until today.
