GDPR Question - Creating a Form with Multiple Check Boxes

When creating a side pop-up and after the leads have written their name and email they have to agree on terms. But the checkbox is not available to check in Safari for ios. Does someone know how to fix?

Hi, 

Sorry I don't got any link because I had to deactivate it. It works fine on desktop but not on mobile. I have tried Safari and Chrome.
