Formatting of Newsletter Pictures in Mobile

I create newsletters with a Hubspot template and in desktop we have six photos total, with a big header at the top, two pictures below that are smaller and three pictures below that that are smaller. I am, however, hoping in mobile to make it so all six pictures are the same size. They end up being different sizes and it's not very aesthetically pleasing in mobile.

I contacted IT and they said to ask about a media query?
