Form without fields - just a button

Hello! Is it possible to create a form without any fields whatsoever? I want to simply have a SUBMIT-button, I want it to send a predefined message to an internal e-mail. Is this possible via code?

Forms must have at least one field to be published, so its not possible to have one with no fields. 

Do you have CMS Hub only or Marketing Hub also? The most logical workaround is to use a CTA button combined with a notifcation workflow to email your user when the CTA is clicked - but this requires Marketing Hub.
