Form's Field bugs

As you can see, same landing page, but the field border radius is different. It changes when i go to the inspect. and the one on the right hand side is the style i want. But it doesn't apply on the live one.

@roxasshee - you might try adding 

-webkit-appearance: none;

to the select element
