Finding a Hubspot developer to customize blog templates

We need to create 4 differents blog templates with our own global header and footer in Hubspot.

We like the Act2 package found in the HubSpot marketplace but would need to do customize these templates and the Act2 vendor, Neambo, does not provide this type of services. How can we hire a Hubspot developer to create/customize these templates for us?
Our Worldpress website is being redesigned with a launch in June, and we do not want to develop the blogs in Wordpress knowing that we will migrate them immediately in Hubspot prior to launching our new branding and website.
