When I add a filter and select "Contains Exaxtly" I get what I wanted but more.
Example:
I type in contains exactly "Egg Donor" I get the those files but also get files that say "Egg Donor Lead" which I do not want.....am I doing something wrong?

Use exact match quotes -- "Egg Donor"
