Filter Blog by Tag & Author

Hey guys, I'm wanting to know if there's a way that I can filter my blog by Author and a Tag at the same time? Currently I can only filter by one or the other, however, to help visitors find what they need, I really want to be able to provide multiple filters. I have not been able to find a way to make it work.

You may be able to use the query params to define your search

You should be able to replicate this functionality using 2 query parameters. Now this won't be able to happen in the same way that the author and tag pages function out of the box. I imagine this will have to be a custom page.
