Fieldgroups displayed differently on modulessettings

We have to field groups that are displayed differently and I couldn't figure out why. 

on the picture below you can see what i mean: the 'Listen' Fieldgroup is displayed as a Button and has to be clicked once again, to get to the actual settings. 

The second fieldgroup is displayed how i would expect it to be displayed. 

Does anyone of you know how to change this, so both fieldgroups are displayed like the bottom one 'watch'?

@Bodocean , in your first field group, you have another field group.  That is the cause.  Dont think there is a way around it
