Fetching a child theme

Hi all,

I'm having issues downloading a custom child theme that I've built for a new website.

I'm successfully connecting to Hubspot via the command line and have set up a personal access key.

However, when I try 'hs fetch /website-theme', i get the following error:

Failed fetch of folder "/website-theme" to "/Users/xxx/Documents" from the Design Manager

I've built Hubspot sites successfully from the command line in the past, but I don't know why I can't do it here.

Any help would be appreciated!
