I'm trying to link to a video that is on our company's facebook page. I click on the insert link button, add the URL and save the changes. After I click "Next" the link is removed. How can I get this to work?
Have you tried using the source code view to add it in? You should be able to get to it by using the </> button and then entering the link there like so:
<a href="//link.to/your-fb-post">Check out our video</a>
Also, if you have a link to the post, can you post it here. We can try and troubleshoot it for you that way as well.
Do you have a link to the post in question and I can try to see if I can get it to work on my end? If you dont want to expose the url you can always send it in a Direct Message to me.
