FTP not functioning properly

I'm trying to load files via ftp in to /Coded files/Custom/page/Alt36-Site-Dev/calc-app/

I am getting an error that the folder is read only

Using TLSv1.2, cipher TLSv1/SSLv3: ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384, 2048 bit RSA, ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 TLSv1.2 Kx=ECDH Au=RSA Enc=AESGCM(256) Mac=AEAD

Copying files to remote side failed.

However, I work on the code locally and then sync files to hubspot via ftp
