Exclude visits to website reports without knowing the IP

Hi folks,
I've reached out to HubSpot support who exhausted all avenues with this question, they suggested I try posting here.

ReferAll is a software platform for managing social prescribing and wellbeing services. We've used HubSpot's CMS for a few years and are seeking a solution for a top menu item. We would like to exclude visitors from our website traffic report who have clicked on the login menu item.

Excluding IP addresses of certain visitors isn't an option, we don't usually know all the IP addresses where our users are coming from.

We have tried to create a bespoke report without success and looked at adding a banner above the top menu to exclude recording visitors that land on our homepage to access logging into ReferAll - no luck so far.
Appreciate any guidance if you’ve tackled the same problem.

Thanks for the tag @Jaycee_Lewis and hello @Rach1, unfortunately I don't know of a viable solution for excluding traffic data by source if you want to filter it out before it reaches your report.

One thing you could look at is adding URL parameters from ReferAll so you can identify those sessions and then exclude that source from your reporting.
