Error invoking function 'hubdb_table_rows'

I am creating a list to display the name and image of a table using:
{% for row in hubdb_table_rows(table_id) %}
...
{% endfor %}

hubspot reports the error:  invoking function 'hubdb_table_rows'

Is this still an issue?  I do not see anything obvious from that block of code....
