Second time someone has asked about that style form in the last 24 hours! And for good reason, it's awesome!
Without digging too deep this functionality might be possible by building a custom module that collects the data in the carousel steps. On "submit" you could populate a hidden hubspot form and submit it.
I'm going to look into creating something similar this weekend!
