Email template not showing properly in G-suite client and G-mail App (works well in other client

Hi there,

I have created a new email template to propose to our Creative Director.

The template looks great in the design manager and in the email editor. We thought we were finished and moved on to the testing stage. We then realised the template is broken for G-suite clients (g-mail - all browsers and Gmail app).

The background changes and the email gets clipped.

Our designers already looked at it and we can't figure out what's causing to behave like this in Gmail.

Already contacted support and they advised me to submit a question here.

Can you please help?
