Hi there, for the past two days, the editing toolbar has been absent when I try to create or edit landing pages. The editing toolbar shows up as usual when editing email, blog etc. Is this a glitch? Tried logging out and back in etc.

Short A: Sounds like you lost permissions to Write Landing Pages.
Longer A:
Check under Settings->Users & Teams and click your name. You must have at least Write permissions on the Marketing tab to save Landing Pages. (see image)

@adoreyoga, maybe considering trying the following.
- Confirm that you are logged in as who you think you are.
Are you working from a machine that's been shared with another HubSpot user?
- Make sure you've cleared your browser cache.
Try accessing HubSpot from another machine, another browser or, at least, an incognito window.
Confirm that you've been able to perform editing on this device in the past. -- no explanation, but we've occasionally seen users experience difficulty editing on tablets.
Try creating a new 'test' landing page. Can you save it? (very important test)
According to the HubSpot Status page, there've been no incidents reported during the past 72 hours. This doesn't mean there haven't been incidents ... just that they haven't been large enough in scope to have made that page. If you've tried the above (important) and the problem persists you may consider contacting support.
