Edit customer portal templates

Hello community, 

im currently exploring the possibilities of HubSpots inbuild customer portal. So far it provides the necessary functionality but i would like to expand on it by adding more content to the customer portal theme, e.g. provide links to multiple forms on the ticket listing site, etc.

Unfortunately, HubSpot does not allow me to make changes to the customer portal theme in the design manager. I tried to create a child theme but can't find a way to connect the customer portal to a new portal theme. 

Is there a way to make changes to the existing customer portal theme and if no, how can i connect my own theme so that i can make changes to the portal itself?

Hey @TKozik ,

Have you ever tried the Customer Service Portal app? It creates a separate customer portal for your HubSpot instance that you can customize. You can add new themes, logos, titles, and customize what your customers see on their end.

There's a blog post showing off some of its features here.

Hi @TKozik,

The Customer portal is still in Beta as it describes at 'Are customer portals available for everyone?' .

So the options for it are limited for now.

There is a request for custom templates using in the customer portal.

I sugest upvoting this idea:
