Edit between HTML code and drag/drop

Is there a way to make edits both ways to an email? We have someone code our emails and sometimes there are small changes we need to make and wondering if we can do it outside of editing the code. Thx!

A +1 on this: we'd like to add a CID image and it just isn't possible in the drag-and-drop.
