Display Conditions for Filter List

Hi

I am trying to work out the best way to code a filter list so that if a tag from category is selected then the dropdown list in the category 2 dropdown will not show the tag that had already been selected in the first dropdown.

The hubl varible names for the two dropdowns are:

Any guidance would be appreciate.

I understand your goal is to exclude any drop-down options from subsequent drop-down menus if they were previously selected. Do you have a sample link for your module/page that you can share? 

HubSpot has a great tutorial about setting up filters for HubDB here. If that does not cover what you are hoping to achieve, we can ask for some insight from some of our experts! @alyssamwilie, @erindigsmusic, @Indra Do y'all have any insight into conditional dropdown options based on previous selections?
