Developer Account Creation is Creating a non-Developer Account

I have not had this issue in the past but today I tried creating a new developer account via https://developers.hubspot.com "Create developer account" button and it created a non-developer account (I see the Upgrade button at the top of the page of the account that was created).

Did this get broken?  Is there another way to do it now?

Hey, @Homerlex7 👋 This looks to be part of the changes rolling out to the Developer Platform. I just walked through the same setup and noticed the Development account is now incorporated, but you can still access all the same tooling, including creating Test Accounts (screenshot)

I'll track down a knowledge base or dev doc that gives more specifics about this feature and add it here.

Best,

Jaycee

Hi @Homerlex7!

@Jaycee_Lewis is correct - in September we launched the new developer account experience, which combines the previous developer account experience with the HubSpot CRM. More information can be found in this doc and this blog post. If you have any feedback on the new experience, please let me know! I'd be happy to chat more.

Thanks a bunch.  Certainly seems like something wonky going on.
