Design Manager, made changes to footer but it didn't publish to site

SOLVE

I have added a link to the footer of my website using design manager, in the preview the amend is there and working, but when I view the website live it does not show.  any suggestions??

Is it possible that you are experiencing cache related issues? Try incognito and/or add some parameters to the URL like ?hello.
