Has anyone else noticed an increase in data formatting issues in regard to accent marks? We're a super global company, so our contacts and account names contain tons of special characters. In the past few months I've noticed more and more errors whether the data is pulled in via Seamless AI integration, from outlook extension, and even from importing excel files.
Any idea why this is happening or how I can fix it?
Hey, @GHersey👋 Thanks for your post. I see your portal has access to support. I'd suggest filing a support ticket and focusing on a HubSpot-native feature like the import tool. You could:
create a very simple import example — maybe just a single row and the bare minimum for columns
use a name (or variation of an existing name) that has not worked as expected
run the import
note the error (if any)
share a link to the record
grab of a couple of screenshots of expected vs. experiencing regarding the formatting issue
This allows you to share a reproducible example with support and give them enough details to take to their internal resources.
