Custom icon for live chat box

Hi,

I have an online store - siristore.in in which there is a bottom nav bar.

Now when I add the live chat just as it is, it bocks the last item on the nav bar. So i had an Idea for this problem. What if the live chat icon is engraved in the bottom nav bar itself? like after the cart there should be another Icon of chat. But i dont know how to make this happen. There is a functionality in my wordpress theme to add a custom button ( Icon, Label and an URL).

Is ther a way i can generate a URL for the live chat?

Hey @shravan,

While it is not possible to generate a URL, you may want to explore the Conversations API Overview; in which you can remove/load/open the chat widget using JS function.
