Custom email template with embedded form.

 I would like create an email with a form lembedded in it that updates the contact  atrributes without needing to re-renter the email to asociate the results. 

Please advise if this is possible...

No, it is not possible to embed HubSpot forms in your emails

@YKoenig Embedding forms is not possible as email does not support javascript. Another solution would be to link out to a landing page with the form and just include "?email={{ contact.email }}" on the end of the URL (that is if it's a Hubspot form).
