Creating Translations for Simple Menu Field in Custom Module.

I have created a simple menu field in a custom module, Please check below screenshot.

When I tried to create translations for the same, but I'm unable to figure out how this works.  

I chose primary language as English and added the Italian language as a translation from the right sidebar. When I clicked on regenerate translations from English nothing is happening.

Also, can you please suggest the better way of creating a multi-lingual menu.

If you are looking to manage your multi language content within HubSpot I wanted to share this resource. The functionality of the tool you are working in is not to translate the content, but to provide you a home to have translated content.
