Create three column blog layout

Hello - I would like to modify a template and create a three column blog layout that includes the post feature image, title, post date, and short description. 

Here is the page I'm modifying: https://www.therealestatecpa.com/podcast_rebuild

The issue is that the style sheet is shared with another Blog on our platform and we only want to show one column there (which it is successfully doing).

Do I need to mod the Divs or can I accomplish this with CSS (and what CSS code do I need to be using)?
