Create deal from form

Hi

We would like a form which a VAR completes with their name and the end customer that they are working with. We would like it so that the VAR company has all the associated deals for the various end customers. 

We have so far

1. VAR completes form which has thier email address, end customer company name and contact email address
2. This is added to a list
3. A workflow looks at the list and when a new line is added it copies the information to a deal.

Issue I have is the form appears to want to create a new company each time. If the VAR types in their company name wrong then this will update their company name on HubSpot. 

What we would like is the VAR company to stay as it is and each time the form is filled out then a new company for the end customer is created and the deal has the VAR contact email and the end customer email in it. 

Is this possible?

Hi @JumpingKangaroo 

HubSpot will always automatically deduplicate a company when the company domain name matches an existing company.

If you want to create a new company every time you should not use the company domain name in the form and it will create a new company without a company domain name. You can then create a deal through the workflow and associate the records through your workflow.
